Couple with this pilots for bank-issued dollar tokens that circulate exclusively within its own system and are fully backed by visible reserves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Two hardened local financial apps. As U.S. institutions scale crypto functionality, the attack surface also increases. Therefore, build in standard app security against overlay and screen capture, implement out-of-band confirmation, and monitor for indicators of mobile banking malware. This will keep innovation in payments safe for the end user.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Three develop clear ground rules. Adopt the core of U.S. standardization without opening the gate wide. Work with licensing requirements for wallet and token services, monthly cash and reserve reports and clear consumer labeling. Lay out in advance how fines and remedies work so the industry knows where it stands. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Standardize where possible, prove the benefits with small pilots, and scale up only after independent evaluation.
